"I dance with bears and sing with hairy monsters. On Tuesdays I keep aliens from eating all the cookies. Life is never dull. Whatever I can imagine, I can make come alive through my art and my stories. When I share my creations, they become real for others and hopefully spark the imaginations of those that enjoy them. Live creatively!"
-T. Grove Griffin
Terri Grove Griffin grew up in Hanover, Pa. Her parents gave her an unlimited supply of paper. She was always an artist but didn’t always follow her muse. She studied many things, but not art. Her husband, Jeff, encouraged her to pursue what she loved. Finally, she listened. In 1995 she received a BFA from the University of South Alabama. Terri moved with Jeff and her three children throughout the United States. Sometimes the muse came along. Terri eventually worked as a designer, buyer and product manager for a picture framing company in the Pacific Northwest. She loved her job and the people she worked with, but had no time for her muse. Eventually, the muse said, “What are you waiting for?” Terri left her job to follow her muse and to find out where her muse would take her. She is still following her muse today.
